Requesting Elkhart County Directory Records
Indiana law gives every person the right to inspect and copy public records. Under IC 5-14-3-3, you can ask to see records at any public agency during regular business hours. You do not need to live in Elkhart County or even in Indiana. You do not need to give a reason for your request.
